U.S. Department of Energy Forecasts Average Energy Costs for 2011
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has issued a notice outlining its forecast for the representative average unit costs of five common residential energy sources for the upcoming year, 2011, as mandated by the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
