NuStar Logistics, L.P. Seeks Presidential Permit for Pipeline Facilities on US-Mexico Border

NuStar Logistics, L.P., a subsidiary of NuStar Energy L.P., has submitted an application to the Department of State for a Presidential Permit to construct, operate, and maintain pipeline facilities for the export and import of petroleum products across the US-Mexico border.
