U.S. Department of Commerce Finds Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags from Malaysia Were Sold at Normal Value During 2023-2024 Review Period

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that polyethylene retail carrier bags imported from Malaysia were sold at prices comparable to those in the U.S. market during the review period, August 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024, and therefore, no antidumping duty will be imposed on these imports.
