U.S. Department of State Announces Intent to Prepare Environmental Review for Proposed Upland Pipeline Project

The U.S. Department of State is issuing a notice to inform the public that it intends to prepare an environmental analysis for a proposed new pipeline carrying crude oil across the U.S.-Canada border, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
