USPTO Announces Expansion of Patent Bar Admission Criteria

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is updating its General Requirements Bulletin for Admission to the Examination for Registration to Practice in Patent Cases Before the USPTO, expanding the admission criteria to include the Biomedical Science degree, which will be moved from Category B to Category A.
