Comment Request for Regulation Project: Proposed Collection

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on proposed information collections, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is specifically requesting feedback on an election not to apply the look-back method in de minimis cases, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
