TTB Reopens Comment Period for Eagle Peak Viticultural Area Proposal

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is reopening the comment period for a proposed rulemaking to establish a new viticultural area, the Eagle Peak Mendocino County Viticultural Area, and realign the existing Mendocino and Redwood Valley Viticultural Areas, in response to a request from an interested party, following a notice published in the Federal Register on June 27, 2013.
