Cancellation of Public Hearing on Medical Loss Ratio Regulations

The proposed regulations, which guide Blue Cross and Blue Shield organizations and other healthcare organizations on computing and applying the medical loss ratio added to the Internal Revenue Code by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, have had their public hearing cancelled.
