U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Determines Citric Acid from Canada Not Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Canadian citric acid and certain citrate salts are unlikely to be sold in the U.S. at below-market prices, and has postponed its final determination until further review.
