Federal Government to Amend ACH Regulation to Reflect NACHA Changes

The US Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service is proposing to update its rules governing the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system by federal agencies, following changes made by NACHA--The Electronic Payments Association to its operating rules since 2009.
