Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Health Standards in Underground Coal Mines to OMB for Review and Approval

The Mine Safety and Health Administration is requesting the Office of Management and Budget to review and approve the continued use of a health standards information collection for diesel particulate matter exposure in underground coal mines, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
