Department of Labor Proposes Extension of Approval for Employment Discrimination Complaint Form

The Department of Labor is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of the Office of Management and Budget approval for the Information Collection: Complaint Form CC-4, which is used by federal government contractors and subcontractors to report employment discrimination complaints.
