Department of Labor Seeks Comments on Proposed Information Collection for Mine Training Plans and Records

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is soliciting public comments on a proposed information collection for training plans and records of training for underground miners and miners working at surface mines and surface areas of underground mines, as part of the Department of Labor's effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden.
