Department of Labor to Publish Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for H-2B Wage Methodology

The Department of Labor is providing notice to the regulated community that it intends to publish a proposed rule regarding the proper wage methodology for the H-2B temporary non-agricultural employment program, building on the 2011 Wage Rule published in the Federal Register on January 19, 2011.
