Proposed Extension of the Approval of Information Collection Requirements

The U.S. Department of Labor is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval of two information collection regulations, which govern 'Bona Fide Profit-Thrift of Savings Plan' and 'Bona Fide Profit-Sharing Plan or Trust'. The Department aims to reduce paperwork and respondent burden through its preclearance consultation program.
