Notice of Proposed Amendment to PTE 2012-10 Involving Renaissance Technologies, LLC

The Department of Labor has proposed an amendment to an individual exemption from ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, allowing Renaissance Technologies, LLC employees to invest in proprietary funds through their 401(k) plan accounts.
