Department of Labor Submits Annual Refiling Survey Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is requesting public comment on its proposed revision to the Annual Refiling Survey, a data collection tool sponsored by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, in order to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
