Government Contractors to Report Employee Compensation Data

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has proposed a rule requiring federal contractors and subcontractors to report summary compensation data on employee compensation, including sex, race, ethnicity, and job categories, in addition to hours worked and employee numbers, as part of the Employer Information Report (EEO-1 Report) and Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement (W-2) forms.
