Whirlpool Corporation has received an amended certification from the U.S. Department of Labor regarding its eligibility to apply for worker adjustment assistance due to the closure of its Fort Smith, Arkansas facility, which employed on-site leased workers from Aerotek/Tek Systems, a subcontractor of IBM Corporation, Jones Lang Lasalle, and Otterbase, Inc.
