SBA Seeks Input on Early Stage Small Business Investment Company Initiative

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is soliciting public comments on its Early Stage Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) program, which aims to support early-stage small businesses through investments over a 5-year period, and is considering whether to continue licensing SBICs beyond fiscal year 2016.
