The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is launching the 2015 Startup in a Day Competition--Dream Big Model, a program aimed at promoting the development of online tools that enable entrepreneurs to learn about the business startup process in their area, including registration and licensing procedures, within a single day or less.
