Oklahoma Disaster Declaration Amendment OK-00092

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has amended its major disaster declaration for Oklahoma, initially issued on May 26, 2015, to cover severe storms, tornadoes, straight line winds, and flooding that occurred from May 5 to June 4, 2015, with the amendment taking effect on June 17, 2015, and loan application deadlines for physical and Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) loans set for July 27, 2015, and February 26, 2016, respectively.
