SBA Amends Privacy Act System of Records Notice

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is updating its Privacy Act system of records notice, Business and Community Initiatives Resource Files, SBA-5, to clarify the categories of individuals and categories of records covered and to change the system's title, in compliance with the Privacy Act and the Office of Management and Budget's Circular A-130 requirements.
