FEMA Amends Texas Disaster Declaration for Severe Storms and Flooding

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has amended its Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Texas, originally issued on November 25, 2015, to include severe storms, tornadoes, straight-line winds, and flooding, affecting the state from October 22 to October 31, 2015, with the effective date set for December 9, 2015, and loan application deadlines of January 25, 2016, for physical loans and August 25, 2016, for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDLs).
