NOAA Proposes Changes to Low Overflight Regulations in National Marine Sanctuaries
NOAA has published a proposed rule to amend the low overflight regulations in four national marine sanctuaries, requiring aircraft to maintain minimum altitudes above certain locations to avoid disturbing marine mammals and seabirds.
