U.S. Census Bureau Proposes Changes to Foreign Trade Regulations for Automated Export System Filing

The U.S. Census Bureau is proposing to update its regulations to require mandatory filing of export information through the Automated Export System (AES) or AESDirect for certain shipments, including used self-propelled vehicles, temporary exports, and household goods, and to modify the postdeparture filing program.
