U.S.-India Bilateral Understanding: Revisions to U.S. Export and Reexport Controls Under the Export Administration Regulations

The Bureau of Industry and Security has amended the Export Administration Regulations to implement components of the U.S.-India bilateral understanding, announced in 2010, to strengthen global nonproliferation and export control frameworks, and to further transform bilateral export control cooperation.
