US Department of Commerce Requests Public Comment on Proposed Methodology for Reducing Export Prices in Non-Market Economy Antidumping Proceedings

The US Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on a proposed methodological change to reduce export prices in certain non-market economy antidumping proceedings by the amount of an export tax, duty, or other charge, as required by the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended.
