Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations for Mandatory On-line Registration Process

The Bureau of Industry and Security has implemented a mandatory on-line registration process for obtaining an account to submit license applications and similar documents electronically through the Simplified Network Application Processing System (SNAP-R), requiring registered parties to keep information in their accounts current.
