Comment Request: Proposed Information Collection; Survey of Participating Companies in the U.S.-European Union and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Frameworks

The Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on proposed information collections related to U.S.-European Union and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Frameworks, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
