US Department of Commerce Publishes Final Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Polyethylene Terephthalate Film from Taiwan

The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film from Taiwan, following comments from major petitioners including DuPont Teijin Films, Mitsubishi Polyester Film of America, and Toray Plastics (America), Inc. The review covers producers/exporters Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, Ltd., Shinkong Synthetic Fibers Corporation, and Shinkong Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and covers the period from July 1, 2008, to June 30, 2009.
