NMFS Seeks Comments on Request for Marine Mammal Take at Port Dolphin Deepwater Port

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is soliciting public comments on a request from Port Dolphin Energy LLC to take marine mammals by Level B harassment during the construction and operation of a liquefied natural gas deepwater port in the Gulf of Mexico, from June 2012 to June 2017.
