New Rule Implements Measures from Atlantic Herring Amendment 4

The U.S. Department of Commerce's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has implemented approved measures from Amendment 4 to the Atlantic Herring Fishery Management Plan, aimed at bringing the fishery into compliance with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (MSA) requirements.
