US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of First Administrative Review of Antidumping Duty Order on Chinese Small Diameter Graphite Electrodes

The US Department of Commerce is conducting its first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on small diameter graphite electrodes from China, covering the period from August 21, 2008, to January 31, 2010. Preliminary results show that Chinese exporters sold the merchandise at less than its normal value, potentially leading to the imposition of antidumping duties on US imports.
