NOAA to Review Existing Regulations Under E.O. 13563

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is developing a plan to assess and refine its significant regulations in response to the President's Executive Order 13563, with the goal of making its regulatory program more efficient and effective.
