NAFTA Binational Panel Affirms Material Injury to U.S. Pipe and Tube Industry

A binational panel in the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) has confirmed the International Trade Commission's determination that U.S. industries are suffering material injury from imported light-walled rectangular pipes and tubes from Mexico. The decision was made in response to a review initiated by the International Trade Commission in 2008.
