US Department of Commerce Proposes Changes to Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Regulations
The US Department of Commerce is proposing modifications to its regulations governing the revocation of antidumping and countervailing duty orders, which could eliminate the provision for revocation based on consecutive years of zero antidumping margins or countervailing duty rates.
