NMFS Extends Exempted Fishing Permit for Research on Female Red Crab Fishery
The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries, Northeast Region, NMFS, has approved an extension for an exempted fishing permit (EFP) that allows four commercial fishing vessels to research female red crab fishery without restrictions, in collaboration with the Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences.
