NMFS Proposes Rule for Western Pacific Fisheries

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing a rule to establish procedures and timing for setting annual catch limits and accountability measures for western Pacific fisheries, aiming to prevent overfishing and rebuild depleted fish stocks.
