US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Affirms Countervailing Duties on Chinese Multilayered Wood Flooring Imports

The US Department of Commerce has made a preliminary determination that subsidies are being provided to Chinese producers and exporters of multilayered wood flooring, a product used in home construction and renovation. The department will investigate further to determine the extent of the subsidies.
