Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act Provisions; General Provisions for Domestic Fisheries; Exempted Fishing Permit Application Review

The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries, Northeast Region, has initiated a review of an Exempted Fishing Permit application submitted by the Atlantic Offshore Lobster Association, which seeks to exempt commercial fishing vessels from certain Federal American lobster regulations to study juvenile lobster patterns.
