Certain Lined Paper Products From India: Amended Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value

The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit upheld the US Court of International Trade's decision, affirming the Department of Commerce's redetermination of the final results of the antidumping duty investigation on certain lined paper products from India. The Department is amending the Final Determination and Antidumping Duty Order.
