Marine Mammals; Permit Amendments for Scientific Research
The National Marine Mammal Laboratory in Seattle, Washington, and the North Pacific Universities Marine Mammal Research Consortium at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, have submitted applications to modify their scientific research permits for taking marine mammals.
