CFTC Re-Proposes Amendments to Trading Rules and Guidance

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is re-proposing amendments to its rules and guidance, initially proposed in 2004, to update regulations in light of the Commodity Futures Modernization Act of 2000, with a focus on contract market block trading rules and exchanges of futures for commodities or derivatives positions.
