Notice of Issuance of Final Determination Concerning Digital Projectors

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued a final determination stating that digital projectors assembled and programmed in Taiwan are of Taiwanese origin for U.S. Government procurement purposes, as the non-TAA country components undergo substantial transformation in Taiwan.
