US Coast Guard Temporarily Waives Bridge Regulations for Chelsea River Revel and Road Race

The US Coast Guard has issued a temporary waiver to allow the P.J. McArdle Bridge to remain closed across the Chelsea River in Massachusetts, enabling the Chelsea River Revel and 5K Road Race to take place, while still permitting vessels to pass under the drawbridge without opening it.
