The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is accepting comments on Recovery Fact Sheet RP9580.210, Personal Assistance Services in Shelters. The purpose of this new fact sheet is to provide clarification on the eligibility of personal assistance services in congregate and transitional shelters under the Category B, Emergency Protective Measures provision of FEMA's Public Assistance Program.
