U.S. Coast Guard Requests Extension of Approval for Certificates of Financial Responsibility Under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking an extension of its approval for collecting Certificates of Financial Responsibility under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is forwarding the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comments.
