Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for Ponce Harbor Swimming Event

The US Coast Guard plans to implement special regulations for the Cruce a Nado Internacional swimming event in Ponce Harbor, Puerto Rico on September 2, 2012, to ensure the safety of participants and spectators, with approximately 85 swimmers expected to take part.
