Coast Guard Withdraws Proposed Rule for Marine Events in National Harbor

The Coast Guard has withdrawn its proposed rule for special local regulations during the Ironman 70.3 National Harbor triathlon, a marine event that was originally scheduled for the Potomac River in Maryland on August 5, 2012, after the event was cancelled on May 22, 2012.
